Description: The Family Portrait Tour explores the ways individuals and families can be similar and different. Students will engage with the entire gallery, including furniture and dishes, to flesh out the lives of the people in the portraits and glimpse the differences created by geography and natural resources.
Concepts: Social Studies (Identify beginning, middle, and end of historical narratives) and Art (Participate in discussions of the aspects of environment, family, and home in the creation of art)
