Subject matter
Similar to other Pop artists, Rauschenberg combined several appropriated photographs to create an image with new meaning. Stunt Man III is the last in a series of three prints. The first is all blue and the second is all yellow; all three of the works contain different source images. Rauschenberg worked with the cutting-edge printers UAEL to create innovative images that pushed the boundaries of the medium.

Physical Description
This print is made up of overlaying photographs in a reddish-orange tint. Spots of red also overlap each other, and the photographs, and there is a large horizontal swath of a deeper red along the top. The print is editioned, signed and dated in pencil (l.r.) "31/36 RAUSCHENBERG 1962".
