Tentatively identified as Shakya Senge, the great Tibetan Buddhist sage Padmasambhava as a young monk. If so, the young female at his knee may be identified as Yeshe Tsogyal, his consort. Other figures from the Nyingma pantheon are depicted as well.Physical Description
