A thin porcelain conical bowl with a direct rim on a footring.  The interior has incised double fish decorations and six linear divisions around the walls.  It is covered in a white glaze with a bluish tinge, and an unglazed rim.

The print depicts a fisherman standing on a seaside cliff perfoming loneline fishing. There are great waves below him striking the cliff and there is a mountain in the background. The print mainly applies the color of white and shades of blue. The artist inscribed the title of the work along with his signature on the upper left-hand corner.

A fish-house emerges from the right side, occupying about three quarters of the print. An open door allows the viewer to see gear hanging from the roof of the interior of the house, a small boat sits in the foreground, a half barrel seems to hang from the exterior wall on the lower right corner and a table, perhaps for fish cleaning, abuts the left edge of the fish house.
