Night People I is true to Impiglia's distinctive style of flat figures with geometric color blocking and his frequent depiction of social events. His work is often descirbed in relation to Cubism, Art Deco, and Futurism. All of the figures in this print are dressed handsomely for an evening party. The viewer is able to imagine the conversations exhanged and the careful social calculations that are made as the party goers sip their beverages.
