He was interested in how these elements could be arranged to communicate meaning.
Physical DescriptionThis screenprint has bands of black with white circles, squares, and triangles along top and bottom edge. A large yellow triangle takes up most of the right side, and other green, red, and pink shapes are throughout. The print has a studio stamp in black ink (l.r.) "herbin" and is numbered in pencil (l.l.) "148/150".
