Small porcelain bowl with thick vessel walls, somewhat coarse exterior, and bluish glaze.<br /> <br /> Produced in a regional private kiln in the late 19th century, this white porcelain bowl is has a bright-colored clay body and a wide foot. Sand spur marks are left on the rim of the foot as well as on the inner base, because it was stacked among other bowls, separated by sand supports, in the kiln. It is coated with white opaque glaze and features many pinholes on the outer base due to crawling of glaze.<br /> [Korean Collection, University of Michigan Museum of Art (2014) p.163]

A round stoneware bowl on a footring with slightly everted rim.  It is carved on the outside to resemble lotus flowers and incised on the inside with floral meander.  It is covered in a gray-green celadon glaze, with gold lacquer repair.

It has a flat base, globular body and straight neck with an everted rim. The color is dark grayish-blue.<br /> <br /> This is a blue-gray, high-fired stoneware cup with a handle. The mouth of the cup is slightly splayed and has a narrow, rounded rim. The body is widest at its center where a semicircular handle is attached vertically. The inner and outer surfaces show faint traces of rotation and water smoothing.
