Subject matter
This double-sided illuminated leaf features floriated marginalia of vegetal and floral forms and a column of Latin blackletter script that includes suffrages to saints Nicholas and Martin. A suffrage is an intercessory prayer, which may have been sung during liturgical or devotional services.

Physical Description
A double-sided illuminated manuscript leaf with a column of Latin blackletter script abutted by floriated marginalia in red, green, blue, and gold leaf. Two illuminated initials can be found on each side of the leaf, as well as red rubrication.
