A food storage jar of the Qing dynasty (1644-1911). Pots such as these would have had a lid and probably used as a food storage jar.Physical Description
A squat stoneware jar with a high and wide curved shoulder, straight sides tapering in to a short, straight neck and rim, and the sides tapering to a base with recessed footring.
