Subject matter
In this photograph, the photographer captures a man leaning with his back to the wall beside a glass display of a museum featuring an astronaut costume. The image juxtaposes a set of differing textural elements set to a grid. Large light-colored stone tiles of the sidewalk contrast with darker-colored tiles upon which the man leans. The viewer seems to be encouraged to compare the figure of the man in dark clothing with the figure of the bright white space suit.
