Subject matter
Frank Allmendinger was an important figure in Ann Arbor history. Based on the title of this print, his house was on Hill St. One citation says the house was at S. Main, so it may have been at the corner of Hill and Main and, perhaps, the location for these trees. Current day Allendinger Park, is an 8-acre park located on Pauline between Hutchins and Edgewood, nearby.

Physical Description
This vertical print shows two large hardwood trees entwined around each other.
