The armor is comprised of a round helmet with a neck protector and a crescent-moon shaped ornament; a mask with fake mustache; an upper-body protector with sleeves from waist down and paulownia crest in the middle; a thigh cover; two metal leg protectors; two arm and hand protectors. The suit is stored in a black lacquered box with the gold crest.<br /> The helmet is made of red-painted metal lined with indigo-dyed cotton fabric and deer skin leather trim, which is attached to the metal helmet. The cotton is quilted with indigo-dyed cotton threads. There are two loops on side and one loop in the back, to hold a code for tying below the wearer’s chin. The code is indigo-dyed and then plaited; there are some fading areas. On the outside of helmet, the paulownia crest is on side flaps (to protect ears). There is a hole in the middle of the helmet for a head ornament. The metal leaves are interlaced with cotton strings. Ceremonial knots of yellow code on the back. A group of men wage battle against each other in a rocky landscape. Some of the men wear ancient Roman armor while others are only partially clothed. The combatants wield spears and swords, and some are on horseback. The mounted soldier in the center of the scene holds a large banner. A burning city is visible in the distance.

Gold-weight in the shape of a rectangle with a central raised bar covered in four small spirals with a semi-circle shaped handle at each end. On both sides of the central bar there are four raised triangles decorated with diagonal lines.

This print shows a procession of men walking from right to left across the foregound of the picture.They are dressed in short tunics and have laurel wreaths on their heads and some have swords.Some carry poles on which there are breast plates and helmets and some are holding litters piled with furniture, vessels and cups. There is an elephant that is partially shown at the far left.The background area is blank.<br /> There are traces of additional diagonal hatching marks that had been added at a later date; those lines have been removed.

This is a portrait of a warrior. He wears elaborately decorated armor and a horned helmet. A purple chord is tied over his chin. In his right hand he holds a metal weapon. A red earthenware standing figure of Tianwang—Heavenly King, a Buddhist deity—wearing Tang dynasty styled armor including a helmet with flowing ribbons, elbow-length gauntlets, a cuirass with plaques, and taces, knee length greaves, and boots. The figure is standing on a rock-styled base, unglazed with traces of mineral pigment.

A muscular man towers over a mountainous landscape in this engraving. Clothed only in a helmet, sandals, and flowing cape, his startling physique is on full display. He grasps a sword and shield and strides vigorously toward the background, where a knot of men battle at the foot of a mountain.
