The print depicts a fisherman standing on a seaside cliff perfoming loneline fishing. There are great waves below him striking the cliff and there is a mountain in the background. The print mainly applies the color of white and shades of blue. The artist inscribed the title of the work along with his signature on the upper left-hand corner.

Near dusk, a woman in a kimono walks outside a Japanese style building with a shoji screen for a wall. The silhouettes of merry-makers inside can be seen, revealing the figure of a man and also a woman, probably a geisha, holding an instrument that appears to be a shamisen.

This vertical print frames a view of a landscape with an up close view of a bird in the upper right corner that takes up about thirty percent of the image.<br />The viewer is positioned alongside the bird, circling the sky above the twin peaks of a mountain. A crate floats in the water below while smaller birds flocking around it.  Snow covers the ground.<br />The signature and title markings are in the upper right corner, and in the middle along the left side above the landscape.

The daibutsu, or giant buddha, statue takes up the bulk of the pictorial space. Curving upwards and towards the statue is a large pine. At the feet of the green hued daibutsu statue are three women of different generations: a young girl, an adult woman, and an elderly woman. Although a few clouds hover in the sky, the sun appears to be shining brightly, casting some shadows of nearby trees into the picture.

A man and a woman amble down the street under a crescent moon. The woman plays a stringed instrument, and a woman on a balcony above leans out to listen. Two small dogs in the street appear to howl up at the moon, perhaps joining in the chorus.
