Her dress has a high starched collar and a scarf tied over the bodice.  The drawing is muted in dark chalks with white highlighting on a brown paper.

Very loosely drawn image of a man's head and shoulders, the rest of the body is left undescribed. The man has a moustache and curly dark hair, wth the exception of a white patch right at the hairline at his forehead.

The upper portion of this print depicts an ornate round frame inside of which is a three quarter portrait of a man from the waist up with his left hand held to his head. The lower portion of the print depicts the base on which the frame rests decorated with a classical scene of figures in a landscape. A collection of objects including books, a mask, a crown, a tambourine and sheet music rest atop the base.

A middle age man in a powdered wig is shown in a bust-length portrait against an undifferentiated blue background.  In addition to the wig, he is wearing a mauve silk coat, orange waistcoat, and ruffled white shirt.  His shoulders are in profile to the viewer, but the sitter turns his head and looks in the direction of the viewer.  The expression is one of great intelligence, wit and even humor.
