This print depicts a hawk perched on a snowy branch. The hawk looks out toward the left and perches with one leg on a snowy branch that comes from the left corner. The background is a gray gradient lightest at the top and darkest on the bottom. There is a signature on the right bottom. The vertical signature is followed by a red seal.

There is a pine tree, we can clearly see the roughness of the bark. Above the tree in s hawk that if flying downwards toward the tree. Behind the tree, there is a lotus pond and stretches until the mountain which if further in the distance. There is a little mist in front of the mountains. Surrounding this picture is a green and gold border.<br />

In this painting, the hawk perches on the base of a tree, gripping the knotted bark with its talons. Its back is presented to the viewer, bringing attention the impressive patterning and feather detail. Arching its head to the right to reveal a keen awareness of its surroundings coupled with a razor sharp glare, it appears ready to take off after unsuspecting prey.
