This small sculpture consists of a black rectangular base with spools on it, all spray painted black. A red wooden pole is sticking out of the center of the base and is holding up a thin red platform, with additional spools and a bright red ball on top. Multiple rubber belts are threaded among the spools on both the red and black elements.

This inlaid bronze casket with Kufic inscription was masterfully produced in the 12th century Seljuk period. Possibly of Syrian origin, the lid is hammered from a flat sheet of brass with the bottom formed by folding and joining a section cut from a flat sheet. The seams are on three sides of the base and in the rear under the right-hand hinge. Brass hinges on the object are attached by copper rivets. Originally, the object would have a handle and front clasp which are now missing. <br /><br />

This print has a black background with seven gears of various sizes floating in the blackness. There are three softer greyish ones clustered togther at top of print, three shiny ones on the bottom. Both of these clusters have their gear teeth on the exterior circumference. The last large gear in the center has the gear teeth on the interior of the circumference. There is a golden yellow object within the center gear; and the word "DANCER" is near top of print where the "C" intercepts the large gear, making it possible to read it as "Danger."

No. 15 of a series of 27 prints. A simple, two-tone palette. A cloud looms at the top of a striated sky. Against the striation is the profile of a woman&rsquo;s head with a mechanical gear below her neck; and, also, a large, untethered, balloon-like object. At the bottom of the image, a multi-faceted group of buildings forms into a peak topped with an eyeball shape. A human figure appears in the lower-right corner.<br /> Sultana&#39;s Dream was printed and published by Durham Press in 2018.
